Student Support Guidelines
General Eligibility
- Support is intended exclusively for students with academically relevant participation and is applicable only to participants presenting their work at the symposium.
- Eligibility is restricted to students who are currently enrolled in an undergraduate, postgraduate, or Ph.D. programme at a recognized academic institution or research laboratory.
- The support committee reserves the right to verify the authenticity of documents and information submitted.
- A valid student ID card must be uploaded at the time of registration.
Categories
Accommodation
- Double shared accommodation in the institute will be provided to students free of charge, subject to room availability.
- Requests for hotel accommodation will not be entertained under this support.
- Accommodation support will normally cover the duration of the conference only.
Travel
- Financial support for travel will be provided only for 3AC/CC class train tickets (Indian Railways).
- Local conveyance, taxis, or auto-rickshaw fares will not be reimbursed.
- Travel reimbursements will be processed for the students upon submission of valid documents and the decision of the organizing committee regarding eligibility and amount of support will be final and binding.
